I‘m a certified AKC FIT DOG instructor level 3, and AKC Temperament Evaluator skilled in dealing with behavior issues.
In addition to training, I also judge Obedience and Rally at numerous venues and have been rated in the top 5 in the USA for my work as a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.
My firm belief is that a dog and its human caregiver should have a unique bond, so focusing training with both in mind is paramount to providing a lasting and healthy relationship. I strongly believe in positive training with treat or toy reward.

Our training philosophy is simple. We recognize every dog and handler team to be unique. Our training is designed to address these diversities and are based on motivational principles. Our goal is to motivate the dog to learn and perform and to build confidence in both the dog and handler through successes with humane consistent training.
We treat each dog and handler as active participants, students to be taught and molded rather than forced.

Puppy Stage 1
- Start things off right with your new friend. This class will emphasize on behaviors that will make for a smoother introduction of your new puppy into your home. Recognition of its name, sit to please, come when called, socialization with other puppies, and most importantly DOWN.
- On the last session, if puppy has attend minimum of 6 classes, AKC STAR test will be offered.

Puppy Stage 2
- Class is a step up from Puppy class with age group 6 months to 11 months of age. Class will cover all obedience training with working on longer sits/downs and longer distances with recalls.
- On the last session, if puppy has attended minimum of 6 classes, AKC STAR test will be offered.

Basic Obedience Level 1
- This class is for dogs 11 months and older, and first time students.
- A basic obedience course with heeling, sit, down, leave it, stay, wait, recall, meet and greets, and watch me.
- On the last session, AKC Canine Good Citizen test will be offered.

Puppy Obedience Stage 3
- This class which follows Puppy Stage 2 will be working on fine tuning heeling and recalls, longer sit/down stays, along with distance working.
- On last session AKC Canine Good Citizen testing will be offered.

Obedience Community Level 2
- In class you will be gaining a new title for CGC Community. You and your dog will learn how to sit in a small group, leave distractions with near and short distance, walk through a narrow walkway, mingle in a crowd.
- As a precursor Basic Obedience or Obedience Level 2 must have been completed along with passing CGC.
- On last session AKC Canine Good Citizen Community testing will be offered.

Obedience Urban Level 3
- This class will be taught in the training center on the first week, then the next 7 weeks will be in the city. You and your dog will learn how to ride in an elevator together, stay in a lobby for 3 minutes, wonder through a busy crowd, walk down town on busy sidewalks.
- As a precursor Obedience Community must have been completed along with passing Canine Good Citizen-Community.
- On last session AKC Canine Good Citizen Urban testing will be offered.

Basic / Advance Rally for competition
- This class is a step up from the basic obedience class.
- This class this is where you and your dog work as a team to navigate side by side through a course of 15 to 20 stations of different skills.
- This is an on going course to strengthen your skills for fun or competition.

Treibball Level 1 and 2
- The game is played with the dog working off-leash, to use his nose or shoulders to drive eight fitness-type balls into a goal, within 7 minutes. The handler directs the dog which balls to bring in, in what order. The game stops when 7 minutes is called or when all eight balls are in the goal and the dog lies down in front of the goal (like penning sheep!) The balls can be of differing sizes or all the same size; (just appropriate to the size of the dog) so dogs of all sizes can play!

MOST POPULAR
- This is for dogs and handlers that have completed CGC Urban, or have good dogs, (Will need to have approval to join).
- Weekly actives that will include but not limited to:
- Games, Fast cat, F.I.T., obedience, Rally, Nose games, Bouncy House, and balls, Advent calendar to do with your dog.
- Each week will be something fun for you and your dog to continue to grow together while still working and training.
- This is something total new, and will give you and your dog a new adventure in life together.
- Each month you will pay $100.00 for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours of play time on Fridays 6:00pm.

- The AKC Canine Good Citizen program is the gold standard of behavior for dogs in our community.
- CGC provides the first step in training dogs to move on to more exciting adventures in the dog world. CGC is a prerequisite for many therapy dog groups. Some homeowner's insurance companies encourage CGC testing.
- The CGC is geared for Responsible Dog Owners and Well Mannered Dogs.

- Trick Dog is where you and your dog perform different tricks to earn titles for you and your dog.
