Ready to jump into the fun and fast-paced world of dog agility? Our Intermediate Agility Class is the perfect advancing point for dogs and handlers to the sport! This class focuses on building the foundational skills needed for safe and successful agility work, emphasizing confidence, communication, and teamwork.

Through positive reinforcement and engaging games, you and your dog will learn how to navigate basic agility equipment including jumps, tunnels, tables, and low-contact obstacles. We introduce each piece gradually and with purpose, ensuring your dog builds trust and enthusiasm while developing body awareness and coordination.

Handlers will learn how to guide their dog using clear cues, proper timing, and movement skills, setting the stage for future agility progression. We also incorporate basic obedience and impulse control exercises to keep your dog focused and responsive in a busy environment.

This class is suitable for dogs over 6 months of age who are friendly with other dogs and people. A solid recall and basic obedience are recommended, but not required—we’ll help you build those along the way!

Whether you’re looking to compete someday or just have fun, this class will set you and your dog on the right path toward agility success!
